Research points to many changes that contribute to the rise in obesity not only in children but also in adults. For example, the availability of fast food (high fat, sodium and caloric foods), fancy and interesting snack foods (fancy shapes and flavored chips, candy rolls, chewing gum rolls, etc.) and a higher level of sedentary lifestyles.
